Established in August 1995 Campbell
is a full service retail real estate development, leasing and management
company with a portfolio of twelve community national credit tenant anchored

Asset Management Vs. Property Management. Recognizing that a shopping
center is an investment, Campbell's
approach to management and leasing is based on the premise that in order to
maximize the return for the owner the property must be maintained as a

property, Campbell
constantly seeks opportunities to improve the property's tenant mix through
leasing, renovation, expansion and tenant support. The property's physical

Leasing. In the 20 years of Campbell's existence,
leases have been generated with every type of tenant from the local mom and

possible lease terms for the landlord. The end results are anchor tenants who
generate high customer traffic volume which in turn result in co-tenants that

Management. Experience has taught that a
clean and secure shopping environment provides the most customer satisfaction
thereby encouraging higher sales and repeat business. Experience has also
taught that a well maintained shopping center is more cost effective and
provides a lower risk of potential insurance claims. Campbell strives to provide a maintenance
program using independent maintenance contractors to suit the individual needs
of each respective property.
Marketing. To complement our standard advertising efforts of
direct mail, signage, and standard advertising, Campbell has developed the newest and most
innovative means to showcase the properties to prospective tenants and

line browsers can obtain current information on each property's location,
market, tenant lists, aerial photographs, demographics as well as other
pertinent information. The information available on the Internet is also

tour of the properties from the comfort of their home or office.
