best possible lease terms for the landlord. The end results are anchor tenants

provides the most customer satisfaction thereby encouraging higher sales and
repeat business. Experience has also taught that a well maintained shopping
center is more cost effective and provides a lower risk of potential insurance

maintenance contractors to suit the individual needs of each respective
property.

standard advertising, Campbell has developed the newest and most innovative

portfolio. On line browsers can obtain current information on each property's
location, market, tenant lists, aerial photographs, demographics as well as
other pertinent information. The information available on the Internet is also

tour of the properties from the comfort of their home or office.
