AFI accommodates individuals, partnerships, corporations, and condominium associations who invest in or manage commercial or residential real estate. AFI's experienced staff and sophisticated computer software system will relieve you of the tedious and sometimes complicated chores associated with maintaining your own financial records. AFI will collect and deposit rents, pay approved invoices, escrow funds, and maintain and distribute partners' capital. AFI provides timely and accurate monthly reports including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, General Ledger, Check Register, Rent Roll, and Delinquency Reports. Among the varied services we offer are: * ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - Monthly billing and collecting all rents and reimbursements due. * ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - Verifying, processing and mailing payment for invoices received, producing monthly check register and cash requirements report, 1099 filing, 941 and W-2 filing (if payroll applies). * GENERAL LEDGER - Providing year-to-date detail of all transactions. * FINANCIAL STATEMENTS - Providing monthly Balance Sheet (including Partners' Capital and Equity accounts) and Profit and Loss Statement. * TAX RETURNS - Provided upon request.
